We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our sales team as the first ever person in this role! The ideal candidate will have a background as a former enterprise seller or significant experience in enablement within an enterprise selling environment. This role is crucial in equipping our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership to understand needs, gaps, and goals
- Design, launch, and reinforce sales enablement programs and trainings that support respective Enterprise and company goals
- Drive, track, and influence field adoption on desired key behavioral changes
- Build content and training materials from scratch
Qualifications
- 4+ years direct enterprise sales or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience
- Experience working with a high-growth start-up where we're building from the ground floor
- Interest in being a hands on builder
- Owner of the development of content focused on all training areas
- Combination of Sales Expertise and Enablement experience with facilitation
- Strategic thinker with ability to understand complex issues
- Develop/ apply/ simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision making, and action (with leadership and cross functional teams)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
Compensation
- Salary range $100,000 - $140,000 based on experience and location
- Eligible to participate in company bonus plan
