I have been a process server for them for about 14 months. I am a single mom who depends on this income, which I have told them. I have done over 200 jobs for them and maintained a 5-star rating from clients. Yet suddenly, with no explanation whatsoever, they have almost completely stopped sending me any work in my county (I received 4 jobs in the last month). Jobs are supposed to go to whomever is closest, but it has become increasingly clear that is not the case. Additionally, where affidavits used to be sent to me almost immediately, they are now taking 72 hours to do this and claiming that “it’s with the affidavit team.” Affidavits are very standard and they do not take 3 days to be “created” uniquely for each job. They get angry and vindictive when I exercise due diligence by asking about the affidavit or reminding them that my attempts were completed several days up to a-week-and-a-half ago with no resolution. When I have jobs come through from 2 time zones away, they blame me because they are sure the problem is not with their app. They tell me the territory managers have nothing to do with assigning jobs, and that it’s automated. But when you go from getting several jobs per week in your county to less than 1 a week, that’s very hard to believe.

I have used Proof since our partners met one of their execs at last year's Clio Conference. It has been one of the more convenient process servers to date that I've used. The Clio integration minimizes the headache of having to begin the service process by automating everything and storing the job in one convenient place. I like being able to quickly access the job to check on status. Whenever there's an issue, the Operations Manager Doug reaches out immediately. There are some kinks that could be worked out on the technical side and quicker turn around times and improvement in accuracy of the affidavits but overall I really enjoy using it over any other process server. I also really like the option to minimize costs and the fact that it's one of the lower priced process servers in the area.
