LitiQuest 2025

February 12–14, 2025

Miami, FL

LitiQuest’s program includes main-stage sessions, discussion panels, and hands-on technical workshops geared toward exploring the methodologies and technologies of high-performing firms, and highlighting best practices to increase case values, grow case volumes, and power productivity. 

LitiQuest’s 2025 programming features: general sessions, including Unlock Your Firm’s Growth Potential: Prioritizing Profit Over Revenue; workshops like Enabling End Users: Best Practices for Driving Adoption and Maximizing Internal Resources; and discussion panels on topics such as Integrated Accounting and Harnessing the Power of AI, among others.

American Association for Justice Winter Convention

February 15–18, 2025

Miami, FL

The American Association for Justice (AAJ) Winter Conference is designed for plaintiff attorneys and legal professionals who are dedicated to advocacy and justice. Attendees will explore key developments in litigation, strategic trial techniques, and enjoy networking opportunities to strengthen their legal practices. 

Programs offered this year include: a Marketing and Management Seminar; an Advocacy Track with programming such as Impactful Verdicts–the Good and Bad Lessons Learned, Everything to Know on Experts, Tips and Tools for the Trial Lawyer Office, and Early Case Strategies. There will also be business meetings and sessions tailored for practitioners of specific types of litigation.

The AAJ schedule includes CLE courses “designed by plaintiff lawyers, for plaintiff lawyers,” time to explore exhibitor booths and learn about the latest innovations for law firms, and a number of receptions where attendees can socialize with their peers.

Recognized as the leading conference for the legal technology industry, Legalweek offers a comprehensive platform for law professionals to explore business and regulatory trends, talent development, and technological advancements.

More than 6,000 registrants are expected to participate in the conference's unique offerings, including educational sessions, workshops, case study presentations, TED-style talks, and engaging panels.

Mass Torts Made Perfect Seminar (MTMP) Spring 2025

April 1–3, 2025

Las Vegas, NV

Mass Torts Made Perfect was founded to convene attorneys involved in the practice of mass tort and class action litigation “in an effort to share ideas and resources.” The event typically gathers more than 2,000 plaintiff attorneys and paralegals working in plaintiff mass torts for a robust programming on topics that matter most to their practices. Attendees will learn strategies and insights germane to mass torts and class action lawsuits.

MTMP Spring 2025 offers attendees a choice of four content tracks: Business of Law, Nuts & Bolts of Mass Torts, Trial Skills, and Paralegal Skills. The first two days of the conference schedule will keep guests busy from breakfast through evening: Each day wraps with entertainment and time for socializing and networking. On Wednesday April 2, 2025, MTMP is hosting a luncheon and keynote address by National Football League star Terry Bradshaw, and a conversation with and a musical performance by Grammy Award–winning country singer Miranda Lambert that attendees won’t want to miss.

ABA Techshow

Opening with a Start-Up Pitch Competition for innovators in the legal tech space, the 2025 Techshow features a keynote from bestselling novelist, journalist, and technology activist Cory Doctorow, more than 100 exhibitors, and sessions on artificial intelligence, ethical cyber incident response, workflow automation for lawyers, brand-building, calculating ROI for tech spend, and more.

This annual event is where “lawyers, legal professionals, and technology all come together” to share ideas, practical and actionable advice, and help move the industry toward efficiency.

National Creditors Bar Association Executive Experience (NCBA)

April 7–10, 2025

Napa, CA

The tagline for the 2025 National Creditors Bar Association Executive Experience is “Where Camaraderie and Big Ideas are Born,” positioning the gathering as a valuable event for managing partners and the owners or future leaders of large and small firms in the creditors rights industry. 

Programming includes educational sessions and networking events, plus roundtables and working lunches that are open to for creditors rights law firm attendees only.

New Jersey Association for Justice Boardwalk Seminar (NJAJ)

April 30–May 2, 2025

Atlantic City, NJ

The 3-day New Jersey Association for Justice Boardwalk Seminar 2025 features programming on topics related to improving the practice of plaintiff trial attorneys. The event schedule includes 30 programs led by local and regional litigators in addition to national speakers. 

These seminars will cover a wide range of topics, from Electronic Investigation & Electronic Data Deliverable, Maritime Law, Employment Law, Artificial Intelligence, Mass Tort and Class Action, Matrimonial Law, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation. 

While some events are restricted to regular NJAJ members, all participants will have access to a wide range of industry-expert speakers and networking events with fellow trial lawyers.

Association of Legal Administrators’ Annual Conference (ALA)

May 18–22, 2025

Nashville, TN

The forward-looking Association of Legal Administrators’ Annual Conference & Expo supports managers and administrators of law firms, corporate legal departments, and government legal agencies in enhancing operational efficiency and building leadership skills. 

At the 2025 conference, keynote speaker Mike Robbins will address titled Create a Team Culture of High Performance and Allison Massari will deliver an address called Be the One: Cultivating Expansive Thinking and Radical Appreciation. 

Attendees can also register for an additional half-day pre-conference workshop scheduled for May 17, 2025, that will focus exclusively on technology and AI strategies for legal management professionals.

Houston Paralegal Association Annual CLE Conference

Houston Paralegal Association’s 2025 Annual Continuing Legal Education Conference gathers paralegals from across Texas for educational sessions from two CLE tracks; programming on a variety of topics, such as discovery, family law, federal law, immigration, real estate, and bankruptcy; access to vendors serving law practices, and networking events. 

The 1-day event is open to Houston Paralegal Association (HPA) members, guests, and students just starting their careers.

National Association of Legal Assistants Conference & Expo (NALA) 

July 10–12, 2025

Louisville, KY

The National Association of Legal Assistants Conference & Expo is a top event for paralegals, certified paralegals, and legal professionals, as well as legal administrators, HR managers, and paralegal students and educators.

The conference offers a blend of programming focused on professional development, continuing education courses, and ample opportunities for networking. 

Attendees can participate in workshops, earn CLE credits, and explore an expansive exhibit hall showcasing the latest in legal technology and services.

Each day of the 2025 conference is packed with workshops and sessions on a variety of topics. Association of Credit and Collections Professionals’ International Annual Convention and Expo 2025

American Association for Justice Annual Convention

July 18–22, 2025

San Francisco, CA

The American Association for Justice Annual Convention offers participating trial lawyers an array of speaker events, sessions on legal strategies for improving advocacy, and opportunities to earn Continuing Legal Education credits. 

In past years, CLE programming has featured: The Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Academy sessions, which offer leadership training to members underrepresented within AAJ; a Mass Tort Seminar; and a Products Liability Section. In past years, convention schedules also included private boardroom conversations, litigation group meetings, committee meetings, and networking sessions. 

The American Association for Justice (AAJ) convention is open to members and their guests, as well as judges and state and provincial Trial Lawyers Association directors.

International Legal Technology Association Conference (ILTACON)

10–14 August, 2025

Touted as “the only peer-created and led conference for legal technology professionals,” ILTACON offers more than 80 educational sessions, an exhibit hall, and numerous activities for registrants to network and make connections.

Each day, law firm leadership, managers, legal technologists, and professionals will enjoy educational sessions, company updates, master classes, and affiliate education courses. Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA)

August 28–30, 2025

Las Vegas, NV

With expected registration of more than 3,000 attendees, 150 speakers, 200 exhibitions, and 30 sessions, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) annual convention is one of the largest gatherings of plaintiff trial lawyers in the United States. 

The convention’s educational offerings include demos of effective trial skills; speciality-specific sessions for attorneys in the fields of employment, personal injury, and insurance, among others; and general sessions for all attendees looking to expand their knowledge and be informed of industry trends and best practices.

2025 National Legal Education Conference

The National Association for Legal Support Professionals’ (NALS) annual conference brings together paralegals, legal assistants, and office managers, and other legal support professionals from across the country for networking events and educational sessions. 

In past years, programming has covered a wide variety of topics in law and legal support, with sessions on topics ranging from communication and leadership styles to legal technologies, electronic notarization, and legal writing for paralegals and legal assistants, and has made a number of useful resources and handouts available for reference after the event.

National Creditors Bar Association Connect (NCBA)

San Antonio, TX

The NCBA Connect conference organized by the National Creditors Bar Association is a premiere event for the legal collections industry, bringing together attorneys working in creditors rights, consumer collections, and defense, and other industry experts for continuing education sessions and networking events.

Not limited to users of Clio software, the thirteenth annual Clio Cloud Conference is open to all professionals interested in the practice of law and legal technology. Attendees from the U.S. and Canada may be eligible to earn Continuing Legal Education (CLE) or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits for participating in select programs. 

There will also be a virtual component of the event for those who are unable to attend in person.

Mass Torts Made Perfect Seminar (MTMP) Fall 2025

Over the course of the conference, attendees will hear insights and recommendations from industry experts that point to business principles and strategies for building a successful legal practice. Programming is expected to center on case generation and law firm operations, including matters of leadership, talent acquisition and retention, the potential of IT and innovations in tech, and creating a culture that’s ROI-driven.
