Position Summary: 

The Account Compliance Manager will be an integral figure, positioned between our field operations (process servers), and our highly valued collection law firm customers. This individual will have the strategic and tactical responsibility to ensure that the work product remains consistent and meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the Account Compliance Manager will implement a robust daily performance review process, enabling a proactive response to accounts falling outside of systematic and departmental guardrails.

What You’ll Do:

Account Compliance

  • Establish and maintain dashboards related to our collections law firms accounts.
  • Actively monitor incoming placements through the lifecycle of service of process.
  • Track and report key metrics to assigned Account Executives (AE).
  • Perform monthly reconciliations with Strategic customers.
  • Bi-Annual user review.

Collaboration

  • Crossfunctionally work with internal and external partners to achieve business and customer goals.

Outbound Communication

  • Engage in meaningful discussion with customers related to understanding of customer account needs.
  • Provide appropriate feedback related to customer account flow in conjunction with AE.

Reporting

  • Prepare and present weekly updates related to collection law firms to Collections Sales Director.
  • Prepare a thorough monthly recap including key findings, trending, and proposed internal and external changes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience preferably in the collections/legal industry within a law firm or a legal support services organization, demonstrating a strong track record related to account management.
  • Leadership & Management: Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring high-performing teams and driving cross-functional projects to successful outcomes.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional ability to dissect complex processes, uncover systemic issues, and implement strategic solutions that ensure uniform quality and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $75,000-$85,000 based on experience and location
  • Full time, Salary position, in person

  • Flexible time off (paid planned and sick time, and paid holidays)
  • Equipment provided
  • Must be able to work in downtown Detroit office 5 days per week M-F
